You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 75pkr Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
75pkr strongly recommends that all Users enable SMS-based two-factor authentication via the Account Settings panel. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
You agree to notify 75pkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 75pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 75pkr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though we take all reasonable steps to maintain service reliability and security.
Your use of the 75pkr Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 75pkr collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in connection with your Account and your use of our Services.
